The Wodrobe posts parcels every business day and if you place your order prior to midday (Queensland Time) on a business day your parcel will be posted the same day. If you place your order after midday your parcel will be posted the next business day. If you order on a weekend or a public holiday your order will be posted on the next business day.
We are proud that all shipping is via Australia Post and, unlike our competitors, all Australian clothing orders are tracked, unless otherwise stated or you choose otherwise*. This gives you peace of mind that your purchases are being handled properly and that you can see where your products are at any time via the Australia Post website. These services come at no extra cost to you the customer.

We offer $10 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING RATE FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS UP TO $99 IN VALUE. This is the minimum Australia Post shipping charge. Standard shipping in Australia can take up to 7-10 business days but we find that our customers generally receive their orders much quicker, around 3-4 business days.
We offer FREE EXPRESS POST SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS $100 AND OVER. If your order is below $100 and you need your order fast we offer a $15 flat rate express shipping option. Express shipping within Australia takes approximately 1- 2 business days and is guaranteed next day delivery to some metropolitan destinations within Australia but you may have to allow a little longer if you're remote, from 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an order tracking email, this will allow you to go to the carrier website to track your order (Excluding some free post items). Please ensure that your registered email address is correct to receive this service.
The Wodrobe Guarantee
At The Wodrobe we want you to know that once you order with us, your precious products are completely guaranteed. This means that if for *any reason you don't receive your parcel you will be offered a replacement or refund; your choice, at no additional cost.
*Please note that this does not include situations where customers have submitted an incorrect address either directly or via Paypal. Please check your address details carefully as The Wodrobe will be unable to re-send parcels where this situation arises.
The Wodrobe ships internationally to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, The United States of America, China and Indonesia but if you live some where else in the world and wish to make a purchase why not email us at email@example.com and we'll work out a price. Products have been weighed and shipping will be calculated according to weight. All product prices and shipping prices are displayed in Australian Dollars. At present we only offer express postage on international orders to New Zealand.
For our New Zealand customers we have made it simple. For parcels weighing up to 500 grams we offer a flat rate of $15. For parcels between 500gm and 1kg, a flat rate of $25 applies. For parcels between 1kg and 1.5kg, you will be charged $30 and for parcels between 1.5kg and 2kg, the rate is $35
If our New Zealand customers would like express post, we offer a flat rate of $25 for parcels up to 500gm - This also allows you to get a tracking number.
United Kingdom parcels weighing up to 250 grams will be charged at $15 shipping. Parcels from 250 to 500 grams will be charged at $28.
Australia post allow approximately 14-28 business days for your parcel to reach you. This is largely due to customs processes and the relevant international postal service.
Unless express post options are selected, international orders are not tracked and customers will not receive a tracking number.
