What if my item doesn’t fit?
We get that choosing and buying the right product online can be tricky. We welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 28 days of purchase. To make this possible, you will need to comply with the following:
The Wodrobe is not obliged to accept any returns or exchanges if the above criteria are not met; for example if an item smells of deodorant.
The item will be returned to The Wodrobe headquarters at the customer’s expense, however we will cover the cost of shipping to return the item to you, using Australia Post.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please email us using the contact to the right of this screen. We will email you with further instructions and it is usually a very simple process.
Please allow 7 business days for the return of your product or refund to your account. We will endeavour to respond to the claim within 24 hours of the goods arriving at the Wodrobe headquarters, and exchanges are usually sent out the same day we receive the returned goods.
If you have received free shipping on an item or as a result of the volume of your purchase and decide that you wish to return all the items for a refund, The Wodrobe reserves the right to recover the original cost of the shipping from the refund.
What is my item is faulty?
The Wodrobe reserves the right to decide whether a product is faulty. If deemed faulty The Wodrobe will ship a replacement item at no cost to you. Please provide a copy of your postage receipt, and we will also credit the cost of postage back to you.
We will replace the item, subject to stock availability. If preferred a gift receipt, or a full refund can be provided.

What about gifts with Purchase items?
Warranties, refunds and exchanges are not available on gifts with purchased items or/and promotional products. (For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges on underwear or similar items).
However if you have received a gift or promotional item alongside another product, and choose to return the purchased product for a full refund or gift voucher, the gift with purchase item must also be returned to us. This item must also meet the same criteria for the purchased goods, in that it must have all packaging and labels intact and in its original unused condition.
If when returning your purchased product the gift is not enclosed, the Wodrobe reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the gift with purchase from the refundable account. You the purchaser will incur the cost of returning the gift item in this instance.
Sale and End of Line Items.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not offered on our sale or end of line items unless the item is faulty. Please choose carefully.
